1. Customer Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to [info@secretsofcordoba.com], including your booking number, lead name, and the date of the tour.

Refund conditions based on advance notice are as follows:

• Up to 24 hours before the tour start time: 100% full refund (or the option to reschedule free of charge).
• Less than 24 hours notice or No-Show: No refund or date change will be granted, and 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited.

2. Booking Modifications

If you wish to change the date, time, or number of participants for your booking:

• Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance by emailing info@secretsofcordoba.com.
• Modifications are subject to tour and guide availability for the requested new slot.
• If a modification is not possible due to availability and you requested it within the free cancellation window, you may request a full refund.

3. Cancellations or Modifications by secretsofcordoba.com

We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour under the following circumstances:

1. Minimum Group Size: If a tour requires a minimum number of participants and that number is not reached, we will notify you at least 12 hours in advance.
2. Force Majeure / Severe Weather: In the event of extreme weather conditions, official security alerts, or unforeseen events beyond our control that compromise the safety of the activity.

Your Options if We Cancel:

If we must cancel an activity, we will immediately offer you:

• A 100% full refund of the amount paid.
• Or the option to reschedule for another available date or time of your choice.

4. Refund Process and Timelines

• Payment Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking (credit/debit card, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• Processing Time: The refunded amount will typically appear in your account within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Monument Tickets and Special Exceptions

If your tour includes entry tickets to third-party historical sites or monuments (such as the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba, the Alcázar of the Monarchs, or Medina Azahara):

• The portion of the payment covering named/official entry tickets may be non-refundable, subject to the specific refund regulations enforced by the monument’s governing body.
